What does the ZoHo integration do?

The ZoHo integration connects your GH instance to your ZoHo CRM account to automatically share and update data between accounts and centralize your ZoHo data in your GH instance.

How do I setup the ZoHo integration?

Contact our Customer Success Representative to open your advanced settings panel, where you can add your ZoHo account using your ZoHo Client ID, Secret Key, and Region. You'll also need to add a webhook on the ZoHo side which is specified in GH, and follows the structure https://your-account.xperx.ai/plugins/integrations/authcallback/Zoho. You'll be able to specify which fields you want automatically updated.

Support for the ZoHo integration

The GrowthHero team will happily assist you with connecting to your ZoHo account. However, any configurations required on the ZoHo side will be your responsibility.
