What does the GoTo integration do?

The GoTo integration allows you to connect your GH instance to your GoTo Assist, Meeting, Training, and Webinar accounts in order to launch remote access, video and audio conferencing, training workshops, and webinars with your own branding via the GH automation builder.

How do I setup the GoTo integration?

Contact your Customer Success Representative to open up your advanced settings panel, where you'll be able to add your GoTo account using your Client ID and Secret Key. You'll also need to add an GH webhook on your GoTo account, which is provided in your GH advanced settings, and follows the structure

Support for the GoTo integration

The GrowthHero team will happily assist you with connecting to your GoTo account. However, any configurations required on the GoTo side will be your responsibility.
